If you are returning a shear for refund/exchange, there is a $35.00 return fee if the shear has been opened (this applies to shears within the 7 day period as well).
If your item(s) was purchased using our third party partner, KLARNA, please contact KLARNA directly for more information on any refund/service fees they may deduct (844-KLARNA1).
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR RETURNS:
• Returns must be made within the time limit specified in our Return Policy.
• Returned products must be in new condition and have all original manufacturers packaging, materials and accessories.
• Items that qualify for free shipping that are being returned will have our standard shipping charges deducted from the refund or credit. The return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to us) is not refundable.
Please allow 7-10 business days after we receive the package for your refund to be processed. An email confirmation will be sent to you once the return is processed.
Some items may not be returned for a refund once opened due to hygienic reasons:
