I am having trouble streaming a video on my mobile device.

When using a mobile device such as an iPad, iPhone, or other smart device you might experience streaming errors. This can be due to several factors. Remember that our videos are generally over an hour or 2 in length. This is a large amount of data for your device to accommodate. The device is working hard to first download the data, then trying to play it for you both at the same time. The degree of success for these 2 concurrent tasks is dependent upon the speed of the wifi connection that you are using, or the speed or your device's data plan. 

If you are not using a wi-fi and your are relying on your data plan, you may be adding to your data usage cost and running up your bill if you do not have an unlimited plan from your carrier.

We recommend the following for watching the videos using a mobile device:

Download your video to your desktop or laptop computer

Import the video into your iTunes

Sync your mobile device

This will place the video on your mobile device and you will not have to rely on your connection speed for streaming or run up your data plan.
