IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR RETURNS:
• Returns must be made within the time limit specified in our Return Policy.
• Returned products must be in new condition and have all original manufacturers packaging, materials and accessories.
Note: We do not accept customer returns after 30 days of purchase.
Some items may not be returned for a refund once opened due to hygienic reasons:
• Brushes & Combs
• DVDs & Video Games
• Shear Cases
Please be sure to contact our Customer Advocacy team for assistance on returning your tool(s).
Items that qualify for free shipping that are being returned will have our standard shipping charges deducted from the refund or credit. The return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to us) is not refundable.
Please allow 7-10 business days after we receive the package for your return/exchange/refund to be processed. An email confirmation will be sent to you once the return is processed.
